The Officiant - Tom Allen

Tom Allen was asked a number of years ago to be ordained in order to perform the wedding ceremony of friends on the East Coast. While that wedding never occurred, Tom got ordained, and was soon pressed into action officiating other weddings, including his best friend’s ceremony when their original Minister became ill. Tom has found that being a Wedding Officiant is a fun and rewarding experience. His philosophy on weddings is that it is truly YOUR day, and that your Minster/Officiant should be the least stressful component of your wedding, and also the most adaptable in getting your feelings across to both each other, and to family and friends.

Tom is happily married to his wife Jennifer, has a grown son Clayton, and is involved in the wedding and wine industries. He is a 15 year Action Sports Industry professional, a traveling tattoo show announcer, surfer, motorcycle rider, musician, published columnist, gardener, poet, and producer of a 2004 documentary film on tattoo and “old school” skateboarding.

Tom and his family live by a creek with lots of turtles in Santa Margarita, and have 1 cat, 2 Turkeys, and 10 Chickens.
